Cliff Sewell
Founder and CEO
Eccentric is a word that best describes Cliff – A passionate businessman who does not understand the concept of failure!! He will admit that things have not always gone well but he simply refuses to give in. A Sober (You can read that story elsewhere!!) and fit 50+ chap he has a passion to change recruitment and how people look at work and what it stands for. In simple terms Cliff works in the core of the Brilliant business, working with clients, candidates and affiliate partners all with the one mission – Make Brilliant the best place to go to in regards jobs/living/achieving.
MICHAELA GANIEBNY
Account Manager – NHS / Care Sector
Michaela background/career is all about caring. From actual hands on Nursing and Caring through to assisting individuals overcoming debt issues, Michaela has built a career in which she can honestly say she has “Made a difference” She now sits in one of the most important seats in Brilliant and runs/manages our NHS / Care resourcing team across the UK. Michaela is serious about what she does and has no issues in making sure that the Directors of Brilliant deliver what they have promised in regards the Care sector “This is not about just making money, this is about really making a difference across a sector that needs support, honesty and opportunities, not just a round of applause on a Thursday evening!”
VICKIE GATENBY
Director – UK Resourcing
Its simple – Vickie makes it all work!!! – Vickie is responsible for the whole of the UK resourcing team and that involves ensuring we are delivering to both candidates and clients. Vickie came into the Brilliant business and was very clear from day one – We will not run this team like any other recruitment agency team!! We will do everything with our own teams wellbeing at the core of everything we do, then its about ensuring we are giving our candidates a positive, proactive and safe place for them to find their next Brilliant opportunity. If we get this right, we deliver what our clients want and expect.

James is passionate! What ever it is he is talking about – He is passionate!!
